Sometimes you may want to pay your bill in person so that you can talk face-to-face with a person, or use a broader set of payment options. At most in-person payment locations, you can pay with cash, check or money order. Some locations even accept savings account, credit card, debit card or ATM card payments.
CenturyLink does not have any physical locations where you can pay your bill, but we do partner with CheckFreePay agents and Western Union agents in many of our cities, so you can work with those partners to make in-person payments.
