Pre-paying your bill

You have a number of options to pay your bill in advance. Contact us for details specific to your area. 

You can prepay any amount you like, by sending a check or money order through the mail or by calling 1-800-201-4099 to speak to a customer service representative. We're available Monday–Friday 8 am–6 pm.

You can pay up to $200 over the amount you owe, either online or by calling our automated phone system at 1-800-244-1111. To prepay more that amount, you will need to mail us a check or money order.
