You can pay your bill by phone in a few simple steps

You'll need your CenturyLink account number (or the account phone number) and payment information. Then, dial the number shown on this page and follow the prompts in the automated system to pay your bill. Your payment will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction.

There is a $3.50 convenience fee to make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card. To avoid this fee:
  1. Use a bank account when making a one-time payment using the automated phone system.
  2. Enroll in AutoPay for fee-free automatic monthly payments by credit card, debit card, savings account, or checking account. 

As the table below shows, there is also a fee for paying through a customer service agent over the phone, regardless of the form of payment. For the most convenient and cost-effective service, be sure to use the automated phone system.

Did you know? If you use our automated phone system, you can set up a "wallet" for future payments. When you're in the system, follow the prompts to create your wallet, and the next time you pay by phone, you'll be asked if you want to use the account in your wallet to pay your bill.
