Pay your bill by phone

You can pay your bill by phone in a few simple steps.

First, have your CenturyLink account number* and payment information handy.

Then, dial the number shown on this page and follow the prompts to pay your bill.

Your payment will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction. 

*If you don't have your account number, you can use the phone number on the account instead.

Potential fees when paying by phone

There are free ways to make payments via the phone.  Customers can avoid paying any convenience fees by using the automated phone payment system, which is available at any time, and making a payment with their checking/savings account.

There is a $3.50 fee associated with making a payment with a customer service agent.

There is also a $3.50 fee associated with using a credit or debit card to make a payment, but those fees can be avoided by using a checking or savings account to make your payment, or enrolling in AutoPay. There are no fees when using any form of payment with AutoPay.

Did you know? If you use our automated phone system, you can set up a "wallet" for future payments. When you're in the system, follow the prompts to create your wallet, and the next time you pay by phone, you'll be asked if you want to use the account in your wallet to pay your bill.

Other ways to pay

If you decide paying by phone isn't for you, you can pay online, in person or by mail. If you're concerned your payment might be late, read about our late fees and what you can do to avoid them.
