Understanding how AutoPay works

AutoPay is a secure, easy and convenient way to pay your bill.

You just tell us that you want to pay your bill automatically, and we debit an account of your choosing the amount you owe for your CenturyLink bill. You don't have to worry about misplacing a bill or missing a due date. Everything is taken care for you.

Top 5 Reasons to Choose AutoPay

If you get busy with family responsibilities, your bill gets paid. If you're traveling on business, your bill gets paid. If you forget what day of the month it is, your bill gets paid. Plus, you can sign in any time and look at your new (or old) bills.

We use the latest encryption and security measures to ensure your online data is protected. (If you think about it, when you drop your payment in the mail, it passes through A LOT of strangers' hands -- creating numerous opportunities for identity theft.)

Not needing to mail a payment, write a check or visit a payment center saves on checks, stamps, envelopes and gas.

It's easy to sign up and get enrolled. (It's also easy to turn AutoPay off if you decide it's not for you.)

We don't charge for this service. It's completely free.
