What payment options do I have?

ACI Processing Charge

A $3.00 ACI Processing Charge will be included on AutoPay and Prepaid credit or debit card payments on or after June 14, 2024. Set up payment by bank account transfer to avoid this charge.

You can set up your Prepaid account using bank account transfer or a credit/debit card.

How do I know the payment date and amount?

Your first payment is made when you place your order, and may include one-time charges for a modem or installation.  Your next monthly payment will be automatically deducted from the bank account or credit/debit card on file one month after your internet service is activated, and then on the same payment date each month.

See your confirmation email for your monthly service amount or sign in to My CenturyLink to view your account details.

Paperless billing for Prepaid

Prepaid accounts are automatically set for paperless billing. You will receive your monthly bill by email, plus a reminder that your automatic payment is scheduled to go through on the set date.

If you don't see any emails from us, check your spam, bulk or junk folders, and add CenturyLink to your approved senders list.

How does installation work?

If a technician is installing service: A CenturyLink technician will bring the modem to your home and connect it to start your internet service. Someone 18 years or older needs to be home for the installation.

If you are installing your service: Your CenturyLink modem will be delivered on or before your activation date. See instructions provided in the modem box to connect your internet. You can plug in the modem after 5 PM on the service start date.

Use My CenturyLink to manage your Prepaid account
