How to sign in to My CenturyLink

My CenturyLink is the one-stop shop to manage your account, where you can view and pay your bill, manage payment methods, enroll in AutoPay, sign up for paperless billing, and change notifications.

If you're not enrolled in My CenturyLink yet, sign up with your account number and zip code. In some instances, you may need an additional security code, which we can send you.

Where to find My CenturyLink

Bookmark the link to go directly to the My CenturyLink sign in page. Or, get to My CenturyLink by looking for the "Sign In" link at the top of the CenturyLink homepage or any page (like this one!) in our Support Center.

Signing in

When you enroll in My CenturyLink, you create a username and password, which you will use to access your account each time you log in.

MyCTL Sign In

If you know your username and password, all you have to do is type them in and click "Sign in." If you don't know your username or password, not to worry. We can help you get your username or reset your password.

  • To retrieve your username, you can request it to be sent to the email address we have on file for your account.

  • If you forgot your password, you can reset it. You’ll need your My CenturyLink username and account number
