How to sign in to My CenturyLink
Take advantage of My CenturyLink to manage your account online.
If you haven’t enrolled in My CenturyLink yet, no worries! Signing up is easy — you just need your account number and your billing zip code, both of which can be found on your bill. In some instances, you may be required to have a security code — click here to have one sent to you.
Look for “Sign In” at the top of the CenturyLink homepage. A drop-down menu will appear. If you have CenturyLink services at your home, click on “Residential” to be directed to the main My CenturyLink sign in page.
When you enroll in My CenturyLink, you create a username and password, which you will use to access your account each time you log in.
If you know your username and password, perfect! All you have to do is type them in and click "Sign in." You’ll be directed to My CenturyLink home, and you're good to go!
If you're unsure about your username or password, not to worry. If you can’t sign in to your My CenturyLink, obtaining your username and password is simple.
To retrieve your username, you can request it to be emailed to you (using the email address associated with your account).
If you forgot your password, you can reset it. You’ll need your My CenturyLink username and account number (if needed, you can have that emailed to you as well). Once you have both your username and password, go ahead an input them in and you’ll be directed to your My CenturyLink homepage.
