TOP MODEM TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

  • Did you know?  If your internet connection is behaving oddly, the best place to start is rebooting your modem.
  • As a last resort:  You can reset your modem to its out-of-the-box settings. 
Modem setup

To configure your modem settings, first access the user interface by opening a web browser and going to http://192.168.1.254. Enter your administrator username and password. If you need help locating the username and password, contact tech support.

Once you're in the settings menu, choose a setup type below and follow the steps.
