Using your D-Link AC1200 modem

D-Link AC1200 modem

The D-Link AC1200 modem/router may show up to three active wireless networks (SSIDs). You will want to connect your devices to the D-Link 5.0 GHz SSID to get the fastest speed. 

  • SSID 1: 2.4 GHz (D-Link)
  • SSID 2: 5.0 GHz (D-Link)
  • SSID 3: 2.4 GHz (CenturyLink)

Modem troubleshooting tips

  • Did you know?  If your internet connection is spotty or slow, the best place to start is rebooting your modem.
  • As a last resort:  You can reset your modem to its out-of-the-box settings.
