2) Once you get the email, click on the link and follow the steps
Once you receive the email from CenturyLink, open it from your smartphone or mobile device and tap on one of the buttons (show below). Use Apple Wallet for an iPhone or Google Pay for an Android device.

How to make a payment
In both Apple Wallet and Google Pay:
Navigate to the CenturyLink pass (bill) in your wallet.
Find the Pay My Bill link and tap on it.
Your device’s web browser will launch and you will be automatically authenticated into our one-time payment site.
Simply fill in your payment information, confirm, and you’re done!

Did you recently receive a notification about updates to our billing system?
If so, one of two things will occur on the date your account number changes in your Digital eWallet (Google Pay or Apple Wallet):
You will see this message in your Digital eWallet letting you know your information has been updated for you: Your new CenturyLink account number has been received—no action is needed.
You will not see a message in your Digital eWallet, which means you need to verify and possibly update your eWallet with your new account information.

Apple iPhones sends the notifications shown below. By tapping on any of the notifications, you will be taken into the app, where you can complete your payment.

When will my payment update in my app?
It may take 24-48 hours for your payment to be reflected on your account.
How do I see details about my bill?
You can sign in to My CenturyLink to view a record of your bill statements and history, payment information, and other account details. These are the same as what is shown in the paper bills.
How do I opt-out of notifications?
In Apple Wallet, flip the Automatic Updates switch on the action screen.
In Google Pay, go into the app settings, select Notifications, and toggle to OFF mode.
How do I remove the CenturyLink card (bills) from Apple Wallet or Google Play?
In the Apple Wallet app, tap Remove Pass from the action screen.
In the Google Pay app, tap Remove Card at the bottom of the CenturyLink card details.
I got a new phone, what should I expect?
If you transitioned your iCloud account on iOS or your Google account on Android, your app will automatically be populated with our billing information that you saved previously.
I no longer receive a paper bill from CenturyLink. Is this normal?
Yes! In fact, by signing up for Google Pay or Apple Wallet, you are automatically switched to paperless billing. If you wish to receive paper bills, you will need to use one of the other options to pay your bill.
