How Do I Make a Payment After I Have Enrolled?

  • In the Apple Wallet App, tap on the button in the lower right corner of the CenturyLink pass (bill) in your wallet. From the list of links, tap Pay My Bill. Your device’s web browser will launch and you will be automatically authenticated into our one-time payment site. Simply fill in your payment information, confirm and you’re done!
  • In the Google Pay App, scroll down on CenturyLink pass (bill) in your wallet to find the Pay My Bill link. Tap it, your device’s web browser will launch and you will be automatically authenticated into our one-time payment site. Simply fill in your payment information, confirm and you’re done!

  2. Tap on the icon on the bottom right to be directed to My CenturyLink
  3. Log into My CenturyLink

In the Google Pay App

  1. Tap on your CenturyLink bill
  2. Tap on Access Your Account via My CenturyLink
  3. Log into My CenturyLink
