Use Apple Wallet on Apple devices or Google Pay on Android devices to receive bill notifications and make secure payments right from your smartphone.

How to get started

1) Request a personalized email link

First, contact CenturyLink at 800-244-1111 to request an invitation email, which will contain a link that will allow you to complete the setup process.

2) Once you get the email, click on the link and follow the steps

Once you receive the email from CenturyLink, open it from your smartphone or mobile device and tap on one of the buttons (show below). Use Apple Wallet for an iPhone or Google Pay for an Android device.

How to make a payment

In both Apple Wallet and Google Pay:

  1. Navigate to the CenturyLink pass (bill) in your wallet. 
  2. Find the Pay My Bill link and tap on it. 
  3. Your device’s web browser will launch and you will be automatically authenticated into our one-time payment site. 
  4. Simply fill in your payment information, confirm, and you’re done!

Access My CenturyLink for full account information

In Apple Wallet

  1. Tap on your CenturyLink pass (bill)
  2. Tap on the icon on the bottom right to be directed to My CenturyLink
  3. Log into My CenturyLink

In Google Pay

  1. Tap on your CenturyLink bill
  2. Tap on Access Your Account via My CenturyLink
  3. Log into My CenturyLink

Did you recently receive a notification about updates to our billing system?

If so, one of two things will occur on the date your account number changes in your Digital eWallet (Google Pay or Apple Wallet):

  1. You will see this message in your Digital eWallet letting you know your information has been updated for you: Your new CenturyLink account number has been received—no action is needed.
  2. You will not see a message in your Digital eWallet, which means you need to verify and possibly update your eWallet with your new account information.
