Where to find the make and model on the modem sticker:
You can find the name of the manufacturer and model number printed on the sticker attached to the side, back or bottom of the modem.
Don't see your manufacturer listed above?
If the manufacturer of your CenturyLink provided modem/router is not listed, then open source code is not available for your model.
